Yes, there was a problem installing the 3rd party updates.  This is
likely a transient issue due to load on archive.canonical.com.  You can
workaround it by choosing not to install 3rd party updates and install
flash later or wait to install Ubuntu when the traffic to the archive
has slowed down.

  Installer crashed after downloading packages near 90%

Bug description:
  I was making a clean installation and it crashed while installing some
  downloaded packages when near 90% of the installation was done. The
  only "weird" thing I made during the installation was setting my
  previous 11.04 home partition as home for the new installation.
