  problem upgrading to Oneiric

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I get a popup saying

  "Could Not Install the updates
  The update has aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A recovery will run now 'dpkg --configure -a'. Please report this bug ... and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade in the bug report..."

  I've also attached the output of 'dpkg --configure -a' separately; it
  looks like the problem is upgrading various ruby packages.
