Title:
  Memory leak in smbd

Status in Samba:

Status in “samba” package in Ubuntu:

Status in “samba” source package in Dapper:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: samba

I've been hit by this: https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3962
(smbd memory consumption when winXP spooler goes into a loop). The
patches attached to the bugreport solved the problem, maybe they
should be applied to dapper's samba 3.0.22?
