According to your logs, it seems that "playonlinux" has some dependency
problems. You can try to uninstall it, try the upgrade again, and
reinstall it back if the upgrade completes.

Bug description:
  even after searching the web for errors of a similar sort no fixes are
  correcting the issue.  It just wont upgrade.
