  Cannot upgrade to ubuntu 11.10 - could not calculate the upgrade

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1) lsb_release -rd
  Description:	Ubuntu 11.04
  Release:	11.04

  2) apt-cache policy update-manager
  update-manager:
    Installed: 1:0.150.4
    Candidate: 1:0.152.25.1
    Version table:
