The tool that you used to create the USB disk did not copy all of the
files needed for installation.  You need filesystem.size in the casper
directory.

  cant install ubuntu from cd after trying to install from unetbootin

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I tried to install ubuntu 11.10 using Unetbootin but it gives error
  that  cant unmount  /cdrom.So I unmount it as  sudo umount -l -r -f
  /cdrom but installer crashes after starting copying.(I selected to
  store installer files at /dev/sda6. ) Then I burned the cd and tried
  to install on /dev/sda3 but when i entred in live cd the /dev/sda6 is
  mounted as /cdrom and when unmouned it as i unmounted it when using
  Unetbootin the crash of installer continues.
