  add-apt-repository should return error code on HTTP 404

Status in “software-properties” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If the repository doesn't exist, for example

  sudo add-apt-repository ppa:doesntexist/ppa

  the output will be an internal error like

  Error reading https://launchpad.net/api/1.0/~doesntexist/+archive/ppa:
  HTTP Error 404: Not Found

  
  The return code should be different than 0.
