It's not clear what this bug report is about. Are you seeing a problem
with Ubuntu Software Center, with Update Manager, or with Firefox? Can
you be more specific about the steps you're following and what you're

  update manager tries to install updates for items not installed. eg
  Chrome is installed. Firefox is removed. Yet language packs for FF
  constant reminder. Annoying.
