Bug description:
  Binary package hint: imagemagick

  I have the latest DapperDrake build as at 28/05/2006 containing the
  ImageMagick package.

  On attempting to create an mpeg output from  a gif (animated gif), I
  received an error:

  convert: Delegate failed `"mpeg2encode" "%i" "%o"'.
