Status in “pam” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  On Oneiric, pam_access always gives an permission denied unless I
  change the timestamp of access.conf using

  touch /etc/security/access.conf

  The timestamp of that file was correct, befora that, of cours.

  I have to repeat this procedure on every reboot.
