Title:
wubi install unclean unmount of ntfs on shutdown

Status in “casper” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Using wubi rev 197 I installed Ubuntu 10.10 from Windows XP.

Now every thime Ubuntu shuts down, it leaves the NTFS partition in
unclean state which prevent the next boot of Ubuntu ( see bug 226622
  ).

  State before:

2 hard drives (one PATA 160GB, one SATA 500GB)
disk 0 (PATA): Primary partition C: , NTFS, over the entire disk
disk 1 (SATA): Primary partition E: , NTFS , 450 GB, the rest is unpartitioned

  Windows XP installed on C:

  What happened:
   - downloaded wubi 197
   - installed Ubuntu 10.10 on disk D:
   - reboot into Ubuntu
   - the installation is finished
   - another reboot into ubuntu
  Result: The above error.

If I fix the FS by booting into Windows, I can boot again Ubuntu. But only once. On shutdown it leaves the FS in unclean state and I get bug 226622 , until I again boot Windows to fix it.
  Repeat...
