  [lucid] casper "freeze" during shut down when taking the snapshot

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: casper

  Tested version: ubuntu-10.04.1-desktop-amd64.iso

  Condition: boot with the "quiet splash" option off, ie, text booting.

  Symptom: casper "freeze" during shut down period having shown the
  message that it is taking the snapshot.

  Actual cause: Missing the text output of "Please remove the disc and
  close the tray (if any) then press ENTER" in text mode. Pressing Enter
  enables it to continue shut down.
