[Bug 880108] [NEW] sk98lin.4 man page is still packaged despite sk98lin driver having been removed from ubuntu

This file is still distributed in the manpages package:

/usr/share/man/man4/sk98lin.4.gz

Since the sk98lin driver was removed from ubuntu quite a while ago, this
man page should be removed as well.  It currently serves no purpose, but
conflicts with any package that installs a current version of sk98lin
and its man page.
