[Bug 880257] [NEW] "Modify Your %s Review" translation not loaded

Public bug reported:

When you click the Edit link under your review of an application, the appearing windows title is not translated, although it is present in the po file.
This is because the parentheses in the gettext() call are misplaced. Also, the application name which replaces the %s is not using any translations, so it would display untranslated too.
