[Bug 881653] [NEW] computer-janitor ignores /etc/apt/preferences

Public bug reported:

computer-janitor attempts to remove packages I built myself. While it
obviously thinks this is the right decision, this is a bug, because it
ignores /etc/apt/preferences on its way. In my case, the package it
attempts to remove is pinned to priority 1001 thus should always be
kept.

I don't know if this is the same thing, but the package in question gets
removed automatically. Does computer-janitor does its work
automatically? because the ubuntu package management has never shown
something about removing said package. It "vanishes" anyway.

** Affects: computer-janitor (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
