Title:
  the average rating problem

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  First, a software does what it says that it does extremely well, so people use it, then rate it 5.
  Second, a software does something that most people aren't interested in using, but the same software does something that some people are interested in using, so they install it and give it 5 stars.
  Finally, I see many 5 starred software, but I'm not interested in using them, because the description doesn't go towards my objectives.

  If a software's full description page is read by 100 people and 90
  from among them choose to install it, that means 90% are interested in
  using it.

  average rating: how much people who installed a software liked the software
  usage interest: how many people who read a software installed the software

  I want to see what software has high usage interest, but does what it says that it does badly, so I can open sourcely fix it.
  Later, I want to see sorting by average rating * usage interest too.
