[Bug 882852] [NEW] Toolbar buttons should have active and highlight visuals that include the arrows

Public bug reported:

The arrows for the "All software" and "Installed" buttons do not
visually feel like part of the buttons, specially when one of the
buttons is active.

The current active color should be applied to the arrow too, and there
should be a hover color that does the same.

Also, it would be better if the separator between the main part of the
button and the arrow appeared only on hover.

I'm attaching a video that shows how Thunderbird does it.
