  Bad URL within index.html (for py-modindex.html)

Bug description:
  The main "Module Index" clickable link does not work.  The problem is
  that its href is "modindex.html" while it should be "py-
  modindex.html".  Notice that there are three such links in this
  index.html page, the two others are OK.
