Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Trying to install Ubuntu after a fresh format on hdd. Trying a USB
  flash drive install. Ubuntu 11.04. After about 10 minutes of "normal"
  install process got the error message in the summary title.
