Title:
update-manager crashed with TypeError in confirmChanges():
glib.markup_escape_text() takes at most 1 argument (2 given)

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
update-manager works ok when I install normal updates, but when it claims some updates cannot be installed and is better to perform a partial upgrade, it starts collecting information and then breaks down. the only thing to do is to cancel the dialog and update the packages that can be updated without doing partial upgrade. I've been using oneiric since alpha 2, I think, without major issues until now, upgrading from natty.
