Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.  Making the message not
translatable was a deliberate decision due to the fact that bug reports
should be in English only as that is the primary language used in Ubuntu
development and subsequently in bug reports.

  Error message not translated

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When an error occurs during the installation and Ubiquity crashes, a
  popup telling the user to run `ubuntu-bug` is displayed. The title of
  that popup, and the first line of the text are translated. However,
  the bulk of the message is still in English (see screenshot). It could
  be that it's not translated into French, but the translation template
  for Ubiquity are 100% translated. I'm thus assuming that that error
  message is not translatable.
