Attached the dist-upgrade contents. BTW, I managed to solve this issue
by rerunning update-manager -d -> check for new packages -> Install
them.

Bug description:
  How I encountered the bug:
  1. sudo update-manager -d
  2. Did all the updates and upgraded from Natty to Oneiric beta.
  3. Rebooted the box after upgrade and encountered this error.
