After clicking on a downloaded .deb file, softwarecenter denied to
upgrade tvbrowser 3.02beta to 3.02 (tvbrowser: nice tv guide in java).
One cannot predict all braindead kinds of software version names, so
users should have a choice to install anyway.
This is a missing feature and at least regarding tvbrowser a bug.
