Bug description:
  software-center trunk r2261, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1

  1. Log in to an account that uses an RTL language, e.g. Arabic.
  2. Launch USC.

  What you see: The left edge of the search field is very close to the
  left edge of the window.

  What you should see: The left edge of the search field should be as
  far, from the left edge of the window, as the right edge of the Back
  button is from the right edge of the window.
