  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Just upgraded a machine from lucid through maverick to natty, using a
  local mirror.

  The lucid->maverick upgrade added extras.ubuntu.com

  The maverick->natty upgrade then didn't offer to rewrite sources.list,
  and assumed extras.ubuntu.com was the Ubuntu mirror. With only extras
  in th enew sources.list, it then failed because ubuntu-minimal was not
  available.
