[Bug 848924] [NEW] Release notes ubiquity not properly shown

Public bug reported:

The release notes should always appear when there is Internet connection
during the install.

I have noticed two problems:
1) When the release notes appear they load www.ubuntu.com instead of the release notes themselves.
2) When the installation is happening on a laptop (maybe because it has wireless capability?) the release notes won't appear even if the laptop is connected with Ethernet.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
