Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Please attach the terminal log, a copy should be in
/var/log/apt/term.log (maybe you have to wait till the upgrade finishes,
for it to became available) as this bug is missing any useful
information to distinguish this bug report from the others "exit status
1" of the same package.

Also please submit another bug report for Nvidia crash, if you didn't so already, using ubuntu-bug whith the related .crash as argument (its on /var/crash/).

Bug description:
  During the install of 10.04.3 the install hung for about 15 minutes at
  93%, "Starting pc card services".  I clicked on a driver icon at the
  top of the screen.  I got the following:  "NVIDIA accelerator graphics
  driver (version 96) Recommended"  I clicked on the activate box, and
  it failed 2 times.  I got the crash report which is included.  Then I
  got a message about the man-db 2.5.7-2 ubuntu failed to install or
  upgrade, you can help developers to fix the package by reporting the
  problem.  I am more concerned about the stalled install & video card
  driver than the "man" error.  I can probably fix the "Man" error
  later.  The install is not at 95%.  Hope this helps.
