Can you attach /var/lib/dpkg/info/libhttp-dav-perl.list ?

Then you can remove it and reinstall libhttp-dav-perl to let dpkg
recreate it...

But in general this is a file-system corruption and not a bug in dpkg.
Thus tagging as incomplete.
