Bug description:
  I was trying to update my pc from 11.04 to 11.10 but failed with:

  Could not install the upgrades

  The upgrade has aborted. Your system could be in an unusable state. A
  recovery will run now (dpkg --configure -a).

  Please report this bug using the command 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bug report.
  E:Could not perform immediate configuration on 'python-pyatspi2'. Please see man 5 apt.conf under APT::Immediate-Configure for details. (2)
