Apparently this went away today, although I'm none the wiser about why
debian-cd was failing to create some hard links.  Please do reopen this
bug if the problem recurs and shows up with "Link from ... failed"
messages in the CD build log.

Bug description:
  RELEASE:  Xubuntu Oneiric Ocelot
  CD/DVD VARIANT:  Alternate images, both 32bit and 64bit
  ISO BUILD:  20110914 and 20110914.1

  SYMPTOMS:  Installing Xubuntu from a cd on actual hardware results in
  a failure. The system log gives the following :

  CAUSE:  Unknown; During the beta1 testing, every other image failed for this same error. respinning seemed to allow the images to build properly and install.

  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1.  Download the Xubuntu Alternate image from http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/xubuntu/daily/current/
  2.  burn the image downloaded to a CD-R
  3.  Attempt to install Xubuntu.
  4.  Note the installation fails after adding the user information, during "Select and install software"
