Thank you for reporting this bug. All you have to do is type in "help"
in the Dash to find the Ubuntu Desktop Guide. But I agree that users may
have no idea that help exists.

I'm going to mark this as a duplicate of bug 778289 which is fairly
similar.

Bug description:
  On Maverick and older gnome ubuntu versions, there´ s a (?) icon on the panel.
  But with Unity, there´ s no easy way to go to help.

  I think that this can be fixed creating a small button with a (?) on
  the right up side of the Unity launcher.

  Making it easier to go to help to new people.
