Refreshed in ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu 46.  As predicted, a refresh is
not sufficient:

./po/kubuntu/fr.po: 48 translated messages.

./po/xubuntu/fr.po: 44 translated messages.
./po/oem-config-ubuntu/fr.po: 29 translated messages, 11 untranslated messages.

I'm removing the milestone; there's no point in milestoning translation
updates IMO.

  During an installation in french the slides show mixed text in french
  and english

  TEST CASE:
  1. Boot to a live session
  2. Launch ubiquity
  3. On language step, select 'French' then proceed with the other steps and the installation
