Bug description:
  When installing Ubuntu in Chinese, I tried using ibus' pinyin input
  method in the fullname field but couldn't switch input methods
  (ctrl+space).

  Trying to force pinyin input from the indicator didn't work either as
  apparently ibus didn't detect the input box at all.
