Thanks for reporting this bug and any supporting documentation. Since
this bug has enough information provided for a developer to begin work,
I'm going to mark it as confirmed and let them handle it from here.
I was able to reproduce this issue. I first selected several different
keyboards and languages, but when I double-clicked on the keyboard
selection, it caused Ubiquity to freeze. The only way to continue after
more than 20 minutes waiting was a power down.
