Bug description:
  software-center trunk r1026, Ubuntu Maverick
  Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.23.3, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1

  1. Resize the USC window to be as small as possible.
  2. In the home screen, the "Developer Tools" screen, or the screen for an individual application, use Tab or the arrow keys to move the focus to an item that's off the top or bottom of that screen.

  What should happen: The screen automatically scrolls to make the whole item visible.
  What actually happens: It doesn't.
