Bug description:
  Ubuntu Software Center 4.1.23.3, Ubuntu 11.10 beta 1

  1. Launch USC.
  2. Press Tab to focus the banner (bug 854168).
  3. Press Tab again to focus the "Accessories" link.

  What you see: Nothing.
  What you should see: "Accessories" has a focus ring around it.
