Public bug reported:

During the Alternate install, in the network setup section, after the
DHCP portion the program hangs.  I have to hit ctrl+c to back out and
skip forward a step in installation.  I think it is the step where it
determines your time zone.  This worked in all previous alternate
installs for me.
