During ISO Testing I've found visual corruption in the first dialog,
where you chose the language. The background isn't shown but you reveal
it dragging the window around. Maybe it's the same bug (see attachment)

Title:
ISO testing, install dialogue, OSD + background mess

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Oneiric:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  ISO testing, image: http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/20110919
  /oneiric-desktop-amd64.iso

Following "Testcase: Install (auto-resize)", I let the machine boot
from the USB stick and got the default installation Ubiquity dialogue.
However, an OSD popped up and I was left with a curious OSD shaped
hole in the background. I suspect this is some kind of stacking bug.
The OSD message was not visible and I suspect it popped up because a
  wifi SSID was discovered.

Attached is an image of the bug
