  not installing software

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  The software center is downloading the software and then is not
  installing it. i have downloaded wine and chrome through at but
  neither of them gets installed. and so does others. by the way the
  Archieve Mounter is not starting i dont know why.
