Bug description:
  Ubuntu software center can be closed even when an install in progress:
  1.Install any software through software center.
  2. Close software center while the installation is in progress.
  3. Software Center closes without completing the installation or doesn't give a warning to the user that the install is incomplete ---> PROBLEM!!
