Title:
  System crash after grub update

Status in “grub2” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

Today I update the packages, apparently grub was updated too. On configuration process the system ask me about the grub configuration file, if I like the new version, or the older. I press the button to see the differences and the system halt, the session was closed, but the login splash freezes.
I press the power button and the system restart.

The system start ok, but now ubuntu show the Spanish translations (my
default language) only on few buttons and menus. When I try to run
Synaptic, but the program tell me something is blocked, I must run
"sudo dpkg --configure -a". Then synaptic end the configuration
process. But the language problem continue.

On the original configuration process, the "More details" section was blocked (on grey) and I can't see the download progress.

  Best regards!
  Gabriel.
