Shouldn't show "should be plugged in" when on a desktop

Title:
Checklist item for "plugged in to a power source" even when there's no
  battery

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in “ubiquity” source package in Oneiric:
  New

Bug description:
Ubiquity's "Preparing to install Ubuntu" step says "please ensure that
this computer: ... is plugged in to a power source".

According to Evan, this checklist item is present even when the
machine has no battery and therefore couldn't possibly *not* be
plugged in to a power source. It shouldn't be.
