Public bug reported:
I live in Morocco using Maroc Telecome internet provider, this is ISP
for unknown reason is blocking dl.google.com this is source for few
packages from google, to get around block I use dl.google.com. please
notice the dot at end of URL, somehow synaptic always remove that dot
and break updates, please fix synaptic to keep the dot.
