Title:
Delete "lost+found" folder automatically if it's empty

Status in “e2fsprogs” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: e2fsprogs

"lost+found" folder is created even there isn't files recovered. This
folder is useless if it's empty. To delete it manually is annoying and
it isn't easy because its owner is root.

I suggest it deletes automatically the "lost+found" folder if it's
empty when the check of mounted drives is finished.
