No, I think you're right.  I'll replace console-setup/layoutcode with
keyboard-configuration/layoutcode in the Oneiric guide.  I did try to
add compatibility code for this but it caused other problems.

If you still can't figure out how to set a Swedish layout unattended
(keyboard-configuration/layoutcode=se should work), then please file a
separate bug on console-setup.
