  The first page of the installer suggest one might want to read the release notes, and provides a link: 
  http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/releasenotes?os=ubuntu&ver=11.04&lang=ru
  , but it redirect to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NattyNarwhal/ReleaseNotes instead http://help.ubuntu.ru/wiki/natty_releasenotes.
