[Bug 846451] [NEW] Packaging problem in Beta 1

I did a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.10 Beta 1 from the Alternate
installer CD using the AMD64 architecture..

When I tried to install flash it failed. Installing flashplugin-nonfree
or flashplugin-installer gave the following errors:
