Beta 1 was meant to enable multiarch automatically for new installs and
upgrades, but a bug prevented this from happening for new installs. We
should fix this up by having dpkg take ownership of this file.

Bug description:
I did a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.10 Beta 1 from the Alternate
installer CD using the AMD64 architecture..
When I tried to install flash it failed. Installing flashplugin-
nonfree or flashplugin-installer gave the following errors:
