Bug description:
  Hi Friend,

  I am trying to instal ubuntu 9 on Toshiba Satellite C640 config as below
  i3-2230, 4GB Ram DVD-RW TEAC, 14 inch when i boot from Ubuntu CD below Error stop the installation and quit.

  ubi-timezone failed with exit code 2. Further information may be found
  in  /var/log/syslog. Do you want to try running this step again before
  continuing? if you do not, your installation may fail entirely or may
  be broken.

  I tried the installation by changing DVD but same problem..

  Pleasee help me for solution what to do i need to install this on 300
  no.s at some school.
