[Bug 860371] [NEW] apport should save boot.log for plymouth crashes

Please could we make /usr/share/apport/package-hooks/source_plymouth.py
add the following files for plymouth crashes:

- /var/log/boot.log
- /var/log/plymouth-debug.log (only exists if user booted with "plymouth:debug", hence may not exist)
